Went for a root canal first session Dr S.Naidoo seemed very nice. My second session start of good he was very professional until I was done and he was explaining the next step but as he was writing and speaking my phone rang so “I received the call” (I was going to work after my appointment and had to answer it has it was work it took me 1min) in that interim Dr S.Naidoo said something in the lines of “come on” in a very rude tone, got irritated and then proceeded to throw his pen on the table and walk (stormed) out because “I answer a call” without finishing off the consult part. I was going to apologize for answering the call and explaining it was work after but the level of professionalism was pathetic on something that wasn’t even a big deal or life threatening I just paid my R3000 in cash for my treatment and left. He is Rude and for someone that is a Doctor he is unprofessional/unethical for doing that.
