Jen Brunton is a highly qualified physiotherapist with many years of experience practicing in the southern suburbs of Cape Town

Over the years she has treated many elite athletes, weekend warriors and arm chair athletes, managing their pain, strapping to keep them in the game and strengthening them to prevent recurrence of injury.

Jen Brunton has also worked with many visiting international teams.

She also has a particular interested in the management of chronic neck and back pain, sinus and face pain and work related pain.

Jen has a hands on approach, using massage and myofacial techniques, exercise, dry needling and posture re- education .

Jen works between two practices: She has a home based practice in Hiddingh, Newlands and a sporty practice at Stonehurst Gym, Stonehurst Mountain Estate which is open to the public by appointment. Jen does home visits by request.
