  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Access to Doctor Cassiem Dear Doctor Cassiem and Management, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding what happened at your practice today. My wife consulted with Doctor Cassiem on the 12th. We were advised that if the medication was not working, we should return to the doctor. Unfortunately, my wife is still experiencing serious sleeping difficulties. She sometimes sleeps a little, but at other times she cannot sleep at all. I am very concerned about her health and well-being. Today, I brought my wife back to see Doctor Cassiem, following the advice we received during our previous consultation. However, the reception staff prevented us from seeing the doctor. I do not understand why we were turned away when we were following the doctor's instructions. I am disappointed and concerned about the way we were treated. My wife needs medical attention, and I believe we should have been given proper guidance on what to do, especially because her medication does not seem to be working. I kindly request that management investigate this matter and explain why we were not allowed to see the doctor.
